What a Week!
Turkey was quite the destination and unfortunately everyone was not able to continue on with us on our Travels. Christine unluckily became very sick in Istanbul and had been in the hospital for most the week, she had some family luckily traveling that were able to stay with her and she told us to go on with out her.
What a trooper! We then had an empty position in our crew to fill with tickets and accommodations already paid for. While in the Hostel looking for ways of transportation we stumbled upon a strange character named Wang. Matt some how convinced him that we could all fit in his van, while riding with him he was saying he had business to do in Jerusalem next week. We ended up telling the story of Christine and long story short Wang will be traveling with us, for a week trial and then who knows. Wang is a strange personality so who know maybe we may even let him post!
We were still able to accomplish a lot in Istanbul and everyone had a blast. We got a work out biking around town, viewed the spectacular Topkopi Palace and Belgrad Forests, and also experienced some culture at the Grand Bazzar.
