Okay so I have done some looking into Singapore and have found this government sponsored website:

This website claims to be the official Singapore tourism website.  I found this site through, www.gov.sg which seems to be basically the website of Singapore.  As far as our visit to the area, the tourism website had plenty of offerings to keep us plenty entertained during our week.  I had trouble getting the flight booking section on the website to work, however I used kayak.com and found a good deal for us through cheaptickets.com.  okay, so here's the deal:
